Coach Poston is a proud wife and mom of 9 kids.  She spends her days volunteering with her children's schools and extracurricular activities in school and in the community.  In 2023 Cadie helped reestablish the girls soccer program at Timberland High School.  When she was approached about coaching Cross Country this year, she took the opportunity to help grow the team in a rebuilding year.  It is an honor to help student athlete's reach their potential outside of the classroom while also having an influence on them to be better students and school community members.  "Athletics is an integral part of the high school experience.  Participation builds character and gives life experiences not available otherwise."
